41-05水力平衡閥
流量分配
如果管道中局部區域的阻力不均衡,就會導致流量分配不平衡。解决問題的方法很簡單,在管道中安裝能改變自身阻力的水力平衡閥,再搭配專用的量測調節儀器,就能調整系統中的阻力以達到系統平衡。
系統圖中的泵浦必須在系統兩端產生ΔPtotal的壓差,以滿足4#的需求量。但是,這樣做的缺點是,1#的壓差超出了實際需求的壓差,導致溫度過低或過高的現象,造成能源的浪費。

Kv為平衡閥的係數。其定義:當平衡閥前後壓力差為1 bar(1.02 kg/cm2)時,經過平衡閥的流量m3/h。當平衡閥的開門高度不變,則閥門的Kv值就不變,即閥門的Kv值由閥門的開門高度決定。如果我們事先知道閥門在不同開門高度下的Kv值,透過測量閥門兩端的壓差即可計算出通過閥門的流量,而平衡閥就可以作爲定量調節流量的節流元件。
